About Jalila

Picture

Jalila is on a mission to help Muslim women make health come naturally.

Jalila Krichi is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who helps Muslim women lead a naturally healthy lifestyle through reconnecting with Allah SWT and nature. She has a B.A. in Comparative Religion and Philosophy, a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a trained NAET practitioner, and an avid homesteader.
After struggling with chronic anxiety and depression, and her children's' severe food allergies, Jalila found healing in reconnecting with nature through growing her own food.
Jalila now coaches sisters who suffer from chronic anxiety/depression to heal themselves through crafting a lifestyle that creates sustainable health and healing. Jalila also runs The Muslim Homestead, an online community for Muslims who are interested in growing their own food by creating a sustainable Allah-sufficient lifestyle. She teaches online courses on gardening, animal husbandry and self-sufficient homesteading systems.

What exactly is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to develop positive health choices. Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.

Why You need a Health Coach.

A Health Coach offers you one-on-one support, individually-tailored education and personal accountability to help you reach your health goals. With a Health Coach by your side, your chances of effecting sustainable progress in your health are much greater than if you were to go it alone!
